Wednesday..... One away from 31wks

Called to check in on my way into work, which will be the highlight of the work day.... and will carry me through until I get to see them on my way home from work.

So anyway. They have been doing great. Anna is watching Jenna today. She said that Jenna has been doing fantastic. She weighed in at 3lb 3oz last night. No A&B's at all. Her O2 is really good; around 26%. They upped her feeds to 5cc, so she should be up to full feeds in the next couple days. Once she gets around 6.5cc an hour, she will no longer need her IV & it can come out. YAY! Last night was bath time, so Heather cleaned her up and changed her bedding. My mom made up a few sets of bedding for each of them, & Heather put them to good use. I'm sure she'll be happy to see them on when she visits next. Speaking of.... Kim is at home working on some green isolette covers for St. Patty's day.

Blake is doing great as well. He's been in the Hi 20's to Low 30's on his O2. He's currently on a rate of 20bps. Most important is that he's not having A&B's. His feeds are up to 10.5cc per hour. He gained a couple grams, but still stayed at 3lb 5oz.
All in all they are both doing fantastic!

Ya, they are really growing fast now! We are sooooo happy too.
We've been meaning to bring up the blankets for a while now, but always left them in the truck. They are quite cute!
Kim is at home right now sewing isolette covers and premie onesies.

When we visited them yesterday they both looked huge all of a sudden. Maybe it's the 3 lb mark. Blake looked soooooo compfy and peaceful all swaddled, didn't get to see the onesy. He's a big boy now he can wear cloths! I guess I'll have to give you the preemie cloths I bought for the shower, if i wait they might out-grow them. Wouldn't it be amazing if they were too big for preemie cloths when they go home from the hospital?

Ya, they really do look comfy all swaddled up like a burrito.
Every day that we visit them, we are amazed at how much bigger they both look.
Kim is really really excited that she can now play "dress up" with her lil ones. haha
